Understanding Daily Health – At Scale
80 percent of health happens outside the hospital, but most healthcare organizations don’t have visibility into what patients’ everyday health is when they aren’t seeing their doctor. Our wearables and app engage and motivate users every day, which allows Fitbit Care to gather valuable information like lifestyle and behavioral data. That includes activity levels, longitudinal sleep patterns, heart measurements, physical signs of stress, and more. And context is everything — customers also see recommended targets based on worldwide averages and institutional recommendations, alongside their population data.

But they also can uncover opportunities for better member engagement with Fitbit Care engagement tools, like in-app messages and community groups that easily reach their population and address member needs.
