If you received an invitation to join your company’s Fitbit Care program, please complete the following steps to participate in the Fitbit Care program:

• Tap on the link, or tap Join Now if you received an email invitation.
• Follow the instructions to create or login to your Fitbit account.
• From the Fitbit app, tap Get Started or Join the Program.
• Enter your information and agree to the Terms and Conditions.

If you received an invitation code from your Fitbit Care program administrator, please complete the following steps to participate in the Fitbit Care program:

• On your phone or tablet, visit fitbit.com/care/go.
• Enter your invitation code.
• Follow the instructions to create or login to your Fitbit account.
• From the Fitbit app, tap Get Started or Join the Program.
• Enter your information and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
