Amy McDonough | Managing Director & General Manager
Amy McDonough is one of Fitbit’s first employees and built Fitbit Health Solutions from the ground up. She is currently the Managing Director and General Manager of Fitbit Health Solutions. With over 20 years of experience, Amy leads the charge to develop health and wellness solutions to help increase engagement, improve health outcomes, and drive a positive return for payers, employers, and health systems. Amy lives in California with her family. A former marathon runner, Amy finds her fit by maintaining an active lifestyle with her husband and sons.


Joshua Stein | Chief Growth Officer
Joshua Stein is an accomplished healthcare executive with over 20 years of sales and business development experience. He currently serves as Growth Officer at Fitbit Health Solutions where he has oversight of enterprise initiatives and strategy across health plans, health systems, partners, government entities, and research. His expertise encompasses go-to-market planning, organizational development, sales operations, data analytics, care management, and healthcare management consulting. His primary focus is to help companies achieve profitable growth and mutual value creation. Joshua lives in New Jersey with his wife and three daughters and finds his fit by running, skiing, hiking, and playing soccer.


Aleksandro Grabulov | Head of Product Management
Aleksandro Grabulov is Head of Product Management here at Fitbit Health Solutions. With extensive experience in healthcare technology spanning consumer and commercial solutions, Aleksandro is skilled in software, hardware, and software-as-a-service business models. Aleksandro focuses on delivering solutions that provide data-driven insights to optimize user engagement, support behavior change, inform clinical decisions, and improve health outcomes. He has lived in 10 countries across Europe, Asia and North America, and he is passionate about sports cars and the art of making coffee. Aleksandro finds his fit by regularly enjoying CrossFit and boxing.


Mark Fritts | Head of Marketing
Mark Fritts is Head of Marketing for Fitbit Health Solutions. With over 20 years of tech marketing experience, Mark leads commercial and go-to-market strategy, demand generation, and brand and creative experience. Building on his extensive background in product marketing, Mark spearheads engaging marketing programming that clearly brings our value to life for our partners and their populations. Mark holds a Bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University, and he finds his fit by volunteering in his community, staying active outdoors with his family, and playing soccer.


Joanie Gentile | Head of Business Operations
Joanie Gentile is the Head of Business Operations for Fitbit Health Solutions. Prior to joining Fitbit, Joanie led Sales & Marketing Operations at Rocana, an IT operations platform, where she helped oversee the company’s acquisition by cloud data company, Splunk. She also held a senior operations position at Cloudera and was a founding member for an early stage software company. Joanie has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and finds her fit by skiing, hiking, and running — often with her dog by her side.


Kapil Parakh, MD, PhD | Senior Medical Lead
Kapil Parakh is a practicing cardiologist and a Senior Medical Lead. Kapil has helped launch products that reach a billion people and pioneered partnerships with a range of organizations including the World Health Organization and the American Heart Association. Kapil also currently sees patients part time at the VA Medical Center and serves as an adjunct associate professor at Georgetown University and an adjunct assistant professor at Yale University. As a clinician-scientist he has over 40 publications, many on psychosocial factors in heart disease. His book, Searching for Health, was published by Johns Hopkins Press. Kapil finds his fit by hiking, and has hiked across North America, Europe, Zambia, India, and more.


Steve Morley | Head of Fitbit Health Solutions International
Steve Morley is the Head of Fitbit Health Solutions International, leading strategy and growth across APAC and EMEA. He is also responsible for Fitbit’s consumer business for 14 countries in Asia. Steve has over 20 years of experience and a proven track record of international success in sales and marketing leadership in healthcare technology, consumer electronics, consumer durables and telecommunications across Europe, Asia and Australia. Steve is passionate about customer service and driving business transformation in dynamic growth markets. He walks the Fitbit talk and finds his fit by tracking at least 15k daily steps on average.


Nicola Maxwell | Fitbit Health Solutions EMEA Lead
Nicola Maxwell leads the Fitbit Health Solutions business in EMEA, driving the commercial strategy and go-to-market for Fitbit products and services within healthcare sectors and health systems. Nicola is passionate about the potential for AI and behavior change solutions to improve population health and enhance care pathways for chronic diseases. Entrepreneurial by nature, Nicola particularly enjoys helping healthcare partners understand the value of interoperable digital health ecosystems to improve population health and drive operational efficiency. Nicola lives in Ireland with her husband and two daughters. A former inter pro field hockey player, Nicola finds her fit coaching her local team and playing tennis in her downtime.


John Gillman | Fitbit Health Solutions APAC Lead
John Gillman leads the Fitbit Health Solution business in APAC where he’s responsible for promoting our health and wellness solutions and driving brand awareness and partnerships in 14 countries across Asia. John has extensive experience in leading and sustaining change management programs, communications, and marketing in organizations in Australia, the U.S., and Asia. He is passionate about business transformation and how our products and solutions can improve health outcomes for populations. John lives in Singapore and finds his fit as a committed and enthusiastic Fitbit user.
