SCAN Health Plan has partnered with us to provide a fully subsidized Fitbit tracker to eligible members. The program aims to help members stay active, build healthy habits, and support members to feel their best and maintain independence as they get older.
With Fitbit Care, members can watch engaging videos with insights into heart health, sleep, stress, and more. They’ll also have access to SCAN’s private community group for additional support and motivation from other members.
MercyOne, an Iowa-based health system, partners with Fitbit to help promote preventive care and holistic wellbeing for their insured employer customers. Employees use Fitbit devices to capture data that they share with their health care providers for more personalized guidance.
ConnectedLife and Manipal Hospitals India
Manipal Hospitals, the second-largest healthcare services provider in India, uses Fitbit wearable technology with ConnectedLife’s virtual platform to provide patients with continuity of care after surgeries like total knee replacement, angioplasty, cardiac bypass surgery, and other high-risk surgeries.
Through this virtual platform, the clinical teams at Manipal Hospitals gain a holistic view of the patient post-discharge, tailor their intervention to the patient’s needs, and monitor and guide them in their journey towards a healthy post-surgery recovery.
In the UAE, we have partnered with metabolic disease management platform, GluCare, to move diabetes care from episodic to continuous behavior change. The collaboration also aims to increase patient engagement and improve clinical outcomes.
In Singapore, we have partnered with StarHub telecoms to launch the first health tracking app to manage pre- and non-complex conditions.

We collaborated with Pretaa, Inc. to incorporate Fitbit devices and services into Pretaa’s substance abuse recovery platform. Pretaa analyzes information from wearable devices worn by people recovering from substance abuse. The company plans to use Fitbit’s platform to help drive behavior change and healthy habits among participants.

Haga Teaching Hospital
In the Hague, Netherlands we are helping the Haga Teaching Hospital better understand patterns and abnormalities associated with certain heart conditions with Device Connect for Fitbit, a solution we developed in partnership with Google Cloud which empowers healthcare and life sciences enterprises with accelerated analytics and insights to help people live healthier lives.

In Ireland, we teamed up with Western Trust to help launch the CHARLI app, our revolutionary virtual care platform for cardiac rehabilitation. The app leverages Fitbit data to help improve patient health and outcomes.
In England, we proved that health education and cabin workouts can improve the health of truck drivers with Loughborough University and are excited to share these findings with more professional drivers.
Idoven and AstraZeneca
In Spain, we are helping to screen for heart failure with our ECG technology and remotely monitoring those subsequently placed on a cardiac care pathway with Idoven and AstraZeneca.
We’ve also partnered with the UAE’s first wellness insurance platform Wellx to incentivize healthy behavior change.
